- Personalised items: dispatched within 3–5 working days

- Ready-to-ship items: dispatched within 2–3 working days

During busy seasonal periods (end of term & Christmas especially), processing times may be slightly longer — I’ll always do my best to keep you updated.

A Note About Seed Packets

If selecting the option with wildflower seeds included, the seeds will be supplied in small press-seal bags and packaged alongside the envelopes. This keeps everything flat and protected during transit.

Simply insert the seed bags into the envelopes and seal before handing them out.
